Female Beach Volleyball - Katrin Holtwick, German beach volleyball player

Katrin Holtwick (born 10 April 1984 in Bocholt) is a German beach volleyball player. With her ​​partner, Ilka Semmler in 2007 she won first place in the European rankings and became German champion in 2009.

Holtwick began in 1995 with the volleyball in the hall. In 1998 she played her first volleyball tournament. From May 2003 to September 2004, she formed a duo with Maria Kleefisch, with whom she was 2003 Vice World Champion in the U21 World Cup. In 2005, she played with Frederike Fischer before then in 2006 with their current partner, Ilka Semmler came together. Holtwick / Semmler was the first year runner-up at the U23 European Championships in Sankt Poelten. They reached top positions in the smart beach tour, a tournament victory in Leipzig and occupied at the German Championship in Timmendorfer beach in fourth place.
