Ilka Semmler (born 8 September 1985 in Aachen) is a German beach volleyball player. With her ​​partner, Katrin Holtwick 2007 she won first place in the European rankings and became German champion in 2009.

Ilka Semmler began in 1995 with the volleyball in the hall at the "TC Kreuzau" in North Rhine-Westphalia Kreuzau. In 2000 she played her first volleyball tournament.
